1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 786ba ("786ba", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 786ba.io ("the Platform"). 2Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a 786ba account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal restriction that prevents you from doing so.

786ba reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identity and age will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds, bonuses, and winnings will be voided and forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 786ba Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a 786ba account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not impersonate any other person or entity, use fictitious identity details, or provide information belonging to another individual.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786ba Login credentials, including your username and password. 3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

786ba operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents may include a valid Bangladesh NID, passport, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the registered bKash or Nagad number belongs to the account holder). 786ba reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

786ba accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made through methods not listed on the Platform will not be credited and may be subject to reversal fees charged by the payment provider.

786ba does not charge any deposit processing fee. Funds deposited into your 786ba account are credited in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion applied. Deposits are typically credited within minutes; delays caused by the payment provider's processing times are outside 786ba's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 786ba targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals; however, during periods of high volume, processing times may be extended. 786ba does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

786ba reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be withheld pending resolution of any active investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players may only withdraw funds that have been generated through genuine gameplay activity; depositing funds without placing bets and then requesting an immediate withdrawal may be treated as a suspicious transaction and investigated accordingly.

4.3 Currency & Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the 786ba Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 786ba maintains strict anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required by law. Players must not use the 786ba Platform as a mechanism for transferring funds or for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.

5Bonuses & Promotions

786ba offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 786ba promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

786ba offers betting markets on cricket (including the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other sports. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 786ba reserves the right to void or restrict any bet that was placed using an obviously erroneous price, or where system errors resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Match outcomes are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket). In the event of match abandonment, 786ba's individual market rules will govern settlement.

6.2 Casino & Instant Games

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

7Prohibited Conduct

8Account Suspension & Closure

786ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if 786ba reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms, including fraud or multi-accounting, will be permanently forfeited.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
